๐โจ๐ We all start the year thinking itโs time for change and we jump head-first into creating impossible resolutions for ourselves. We all see the gyms getting super busy at the beginning of January. ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ

๐คณ๐ฝ๐ช๐ฝ Full of people with high hopes in terms of fitness goals. But if youโre not resilient. If youโre not the type to keep up with your ideas. And most importantly if you donโt like sports. Chances are you will not be anywhere near the gym past St Valentine’s day.

๐๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅด The last thing you need to start the year is to put pressure on yourself. Having goals is great, having a plan and support to achieve them is better. Life is a marathon, not a sprint. ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ

You need to treat it as such to make durable improvements. With everything going on in the world, you donโt have to add more reasons to be unhappy. ๐๐ผ 80% of new year’s resolutions fail.๐๐ผ What a way to drown your self-confidence right at the beginning of the year.

2. Start journaling, it can be about anything:
- A dream journal
- Your intentions for the day
- Your plan to reach your goals
- Your deep thoughts etc…

The uses are endless. Make it your own and see how it helps you become more aware of so many things in your life.

3. Have a quiet lunch
Every day, I try to take the time to eat a full meal and relax. I understand it’s not always possible. But even when I was employed, I often chose to eat alone to avoid mealtime debates and think about something else than work.

4. Practice Gratitude
The best thing to become happier is to focus on what you have: I am grateful that I could hear a bird singing while waking up this morning Iโm grateful I have a job a love so much etc …

5. Listen to Guided Meditations
